Group Commerce was founded in 2010 by a veteran team of entrepreneurs and technologists. It is backed by Spark Capital, Carmel Ventures, Lerer Ventures, and Bob Pittman.

 
  • David Rosenblatt, Chairman
    David Rosenblatt Chairman

    David was an early employee at DoubleClick where he went on to serve as CEO. Following the purchase of DoubleClick by Google, David served as President of Google's global display advertising business.

    David holds a Bachelors degree from Yale University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

  • Jonty Kelt, CEO
    Jonty Kelt CEO

    Jonty was co-founder of Europe's first internet affiliate network, and a founding team member of a Chinese sports and entertainment events business. Before co-founding Group Commerce, he led DoubleClick's search technology and services businesses in Europe and Asia, through the acquisition by Google.

    Jonty holds a Bachelors degree from Otago University, New Zealand.

    Andrew Glenn CTO

    Andrew spent seven years leading DoubleClick in engineering—including the development of the DoubleClick Ad Exchange—and was at Google managing critical engineering projects.

    Andrew holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

    David was CEO of Internet Broadcasting where he brought platform technology, content, and ad services to the world’s largest publishers. At AOL, he oversaw the commerce business, AOL Local, and AOL's ad operations and technology groups.

    David holds a Bachelors degree from Ithaca College and is a member of their Board of Trustees.

    Vibhav Prasad
    SVP of Product Management

    Vib led Web Marketing and Merchandising at 1-800-Flowers—pioneering both mobile and social media efforts—and was also a co-founder of the legal startup CourtLink.

    Vib holds a Bachelors degree from Duke University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

    VP of Merchandising Strategy

    Cristina’s merchandising background includes business development and strategy at Gilt Groupe and Gilt City. Prior to that, She co-founded Store Adore (a guide to boutique shopping and local discounts). She also has a background in international strategy consulting.

    Cristina holds a Bachelors degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

    Andrea spent 15 years at American Express in several leadership roles across account management, customer experience and marketing strategy.

    Andrea holds a Bachelors degree from Harvard College and an MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

    VP of Product Management

    Soniya has worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, at both the IFC/World Bank and Helios Investment Partners (an Africa-focused private equity firm) in emerging markets investing, and in business development at 23andMe.

    Soniya holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
